New, views and interviews for small business owners. Talking with Chris & Juliette Porter, owners of Clealls local store, who featured on the Mary Portas show Mary Queen of Shops on 14th June. They turned their business around from being a general village shop stocking everything and selling little, making a monthly loss of up to £6000. After some help from Mary and lots of new enthusiasm and motivation they have a wonderful village store selling local produce. This is a must if you are a shopkeeper wanting some inspiration.
