Multiple species of Neanderthal like Relic Hominids have survived from the stone age on 3 continents. Sasquatch, Yeti, Bigfoot, Yowie, Almas and Leshi. They can all be described as 21st century Cavemen and their common attribute is speech. A command of language is what defines them and us as peoples, not tool usage, not the control of fire and not the mastery of technology. Language is the foundation for building societies, be it you sleep in the dirt, a cave, or in a high rise apartment tower

 

Knowing as we do that language is involved with these dying species, and that they are not merely dumb apes explains much of the mysteries surrounding their elusiveness. Us as humans have been declared mortal enemies, to be avoided at all costs
