Awaken the Heart Through the Power of Love

Join Kerrace for the next 60 minutes as we explore and experience the expressions and feelings of the power of love through the breath and heart. Through a meditation exercise we will journey into the heart so that you experience being in the heart! This is an invitation to explore and more of who you are! Why? If one cannot move to love of self and others then one is lost to the process of ascending to the next higher dimension as it is the vibrations of love that will allow entry into the next higher dimension. If we develop a regular practice of being in the heart, darkness or fear cannot enter. Some of you might consider this the 5th dimension. Therefore your energies must be aligned with prime creator energies and those energies are love. Kerrace will explore with listeners how to adapt to simply feeling and knowing more, being energetically larger, having more High Heart Consciousness, and being more consciously interactive with your Higher Self. In our time together we will expand on how to master remaining within our High Heart Consciousness Center no matter what’s happening around us physically, emotionally, psychically or energetically. Maintain it throughout 2011's even faster transitions. Practice and master discernment. Allow other parts of yourself to inform you that are not your familiar but lower frequency left-brain intellect and ego.
