Holding grudges and resentments can eat you away like cancer. When we chose to hold on to things it can cause us not to live up to the full potential in which God intends for us.Those hurts can go all the way back into your childhood and may have an affect on who you are today.God is there to help. But we must choose to forgive those that have wronged us. It won't be easy but with God's help we can forgive and move on to live a wholesome life.
