This show is about learning to release and relieve stress. There are times when just saying OMMM just isn't enough. We are all have pressures that we deal with on a daily basis; but how we handle that pressure can determine what quality of life we live. My guest and I will be discussing ways to let those pressures of life go. Now, this isn't to say that things won't come up or that you will never have another day of stress in your life; but wouldn't it be nice if when you encounter those things that stress you instead of letting it get you down, cause your blood pressure to rise, or even cause you to not function; you had tools and skills that will allow you to step back, breath, and relax.This show is intended to provide just that for the listeners.
