Irina Isaeva & Costa Fam - Filmmakers - "Shoes"

Costa Fam is a Ukrainian-born writer, director and producer with over 15 years of experience in the TV and film industries. He began his career writing for and producing the very popular children’s comedy TV show “Yeralash” in the 90s. It aired more than 220 episodes on Channel One. His credits include TV journalism, commercials, scriptwriting, film direction, and production.

Fam's wife, Irina Isaeva is the 2011 elected Chairperson of Interregional Montessori Association of Russia, of which she has been a long term board member. She is the founder of several projects in Montessori education. Irina Isaeva started her own private Montessori school and has been an administrator for more than fourteen years in Moscow region. Prior to coming to study at University of San Diego and Montessori Institute of San Diego's joint Master in Education program that earns M.Ed and Association Montessori Internationale (AMI)'s 0-6 Montessori teacher's certification from 2010-2011, she spent 3 years building and running a charter Montessori school near Moscow from ground up. Irina contributes to Montessori Russia's magazine and other magazines on parenting on a regular basis. Her undergraduate study was in Economics and International Business.

Irina has been helping her husband in many of his projects. They have been developing Positive TV project as a combination of education, culture, social entrepreneurship and art for many years. One of their new joint project is Babystep TV, an online university for parents. Short 1 min videos should help young parents with many issues in parenting.
