   David Zulawski and Shane Sturman are executives in the investigative and training firm of
Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates. Zulawski is a senior partner and Sturman is president.   
       Chairman CFI/Senior Partner/Speaker:  David E. Zulawski, CFI, is a 1973 graduate of Knox
College from which he received a Bachelor of Arts degree. After college, Mr. Zulawski spent two years
with the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad as a special Agent. During this time, he primarily
investigated thefts from interstate shipments in transit. Mr. Zulawski left the railroad to accept a
position with the Barrington, Illinois Police Department. As a police officer, his duties included patrol,
investigations and evidence technician. In addition, he presented seminars on crime and rape
prevention to groups in the Barrington area.
      
        CFI – President/Partner/Speaker: Shane G. Sturman, CPP, CFI,is the President of WicklanderZulawski & Associates, Inc.Mr. Sturman started with Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates, Inc. in 1994
as a seminar speaker and Co-Director of Investigations. In 1999, Mr. Sturman was named Vice
President of Operations, and in November 2004 he was named President of the firm. Mr. Sturman is a
nationally recognized speaker on Interview and Interrogation Techniques and has presented hundreds
of seminars on the topic to federal agencies, law enforcement and the private sector. As an investigator,
Mr. Sturman has personally conducted thousands of interviews and interrogations for both private and
public agencies.
