For the last year, Tye West has been the host of Tye Spills the "T"; and, he was a huge hit with the listeners.  When Back2Us Radio hit the 200K listener download milestone and celebrated its one year anniversary, each host was asked to create a mission and vision plan for his or her show.  They had three questions--what they loved about their show, where they wanted to grow with their show, and what tools would they need to achieve their show vision.
