Rick Lochner is the President of RPC Leadership Associates, Inc. where he helps Business Owners “Make Leadership a Way of Life”. 

Rick is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and spent his 11-year military career leading soldiers in challenging environments around the globe.  After leaving the Army, he spent the next 18 years in corporate leadership positions ranging from front-line management to senior executive management.

Rick is the author of several books including “I’m Just Sayin’… - Revelations for Making Leadership a Way of Life” published in 2014 and "The Missing Piece: Achieving Sustainable Success Through Business Alignment" published in 2012.
