Sally is President of Ottsie, LLC – a Federal and National Certified Woman-Owned Small Business in the construction industry specializing in electrical supplies.  Ottsie is also a nonprofit specialist that holds U.S. Copyrights on Legal Policies for nonprofits.  Sally is also the President of Ott Electric – an electrical contracting business in Ottawa, IL.

Over her 30-year career, Sally has trained over 1,500 board of directors, staff and executives.  She hosts the Midwest Nonprofit Academy every year that certifies executives in nonprofit development.

Sally began her professional career as a court and convention reporter then moved to the tourism industry.  Her education includes marketing, organizational development and business law.
