Week 2 of Confusion of being. The birth certificate does not certify the birth of a living individual. The legal rights to the birth certificate are not owned. It’s governed by the Vital Statistics Act. It may be used as a foundation document to show that you were born. It wasn’t meant to be used as a personal identification. When you use this identification, you are having a specious, appearance of being. Specious, means, plausible, but false, based on pretense; deceptively pleasing. Synonym of Specious is spurious; which means, the intent to deceive. So, every time you use your birth certificate, you are intending to deceive.
