Cannabis Retailer Looting and Theft How and What to Report to BCC

In general, when a licensed cannabis retailer has experienced a theft, the retailer must notify the BCC within 24 hours from the date of the incident. Any theft, loss, and or Criminal Activity fall within section 5036 of the Bureau’s regulations.
