You will hear interviews from a plethora of authors including the founder of the BWABC Lit Fest, Shelia Lipsey; keynote speaker and national bestselling author, Kendra Norman-Bellamy; as well as the Male and Female Authors of the Year, Mario D. King, and Jennifer Hayes.

Mario D. King is an author/poet from Memphis, TN. Currently residing in Charlotte, NC, King has recently released hisdebut novel entitled, The Crisis before Midlife, through his publishing company, MDK Books. MDK Books will focus on tales from the urban community covering a variety of topicsfrom relationships to religion.

Shelia Lipsey is the founder of the Black Writers Authors and Book Clubs Literacy Festival. She is also a national, multi-award winning author, and is considered a literary expert. She has penned over 13 titles, including her latest, What's Blood Got to do with It?, and recently released, House of Cards, which is geared towards teens.
