Every year, millions of people across the globe make New Year’s resolutions to improve their career, health, fitness,

weight loss or finances. Sadly, our resolutions fail not because we have no discipline but because humans are creatures of habit. Our brains are wired to maintain the status quo.

In addition, humans have the bad habit of repeating behaviors that don’t yield the results we want. If you consider the analogy of a rat trapped in a maze, each time the rat hits a dead-end, he backs up and goes another way. Humans keep banging their ends on the wall. If we all patterned ourselves after rats, and systematically backed up and tried a different path, we would be amazed at the transformation that would occur in our lives.

In this show, I focus on 8 proven steps for setting oneself free of habitual behavior patterns that interfere with the achievement of New Year’s resolutions. Anyone looking to lose weight, find love or romance, make more money or find a better job, or achieve any number of goals should listen in. I'll also show how to create a relationship resolution plan that will crank one’s love life into gear for the new year.

We’ll be talking about resolutions in general--why they fail for most people and how to make them stick--and, then I’m going to show you how to create your very own relationship resolution so that this year you can crank your love life into high gear.
