Conflict and the angry feelings that go with it are normal in intimate relationships. The problem is most people act out their angry feelings using what I call Fight Traps--those dysfunctional fighting tactics that actually add fuel to the fire and create a vicious cycle of more angry feelings, more Fight Traps, and worse fighting. And make no mistake: Secret Warfare Fight Traps are also break-up bait! If you don't lose them, you will lose your relationship!

I divide Fight Traps into two categories: Open and Secret Warfare. Last week, I delved in Open Warfare. This week, I discuss Secret Warfare Fight Traps, which consist of the indirect, passive, stealth fighting tactics many people use to vent their anger. Secret Warfare Fight Traps include: Guilt Tripping, Paybacks, Passive-Aggression (coming late, "forgetting"), Nagging, Whining, Complaining, and many others. Join me to discover how to stop Secret Warfare Fight Traps from destroying your relationship.

And, of course, I'll be taking your calls! Please feel free to call in regarding the show topic or any personal relationship issues you may need help with.
