The Violet Flame Meditation. What is it? How do we use it?

Have you ever heard of the Violet Flame of Transmutation?  It is an ancient visualization and intentional activity that can be used to clear any blockages you may be experiencing in your life and raise your consciousness / frequency to a whole new level.   In this episode, I will explain in more detail the history of the violet flame, what it is, and how to use it.
