Did you know April is Autism Awareness Month?? My guest is Brentwood's own, Amanda Tate, amazing woman of passion and purpose, artist and currently Job Coach for adults with Autism at Breakthrough Corporation in Knoxville.
Amanda is a Libra, born and raised in the heart of suburban Nashville in a great home and a wonderful, supportive family. Her journey through childhood and adolescence was fueled by creating and teaching art, which led her to working with people with disabilities. Her degree in Special Education from Carson Newman University in Jefferson City, TN has allowed her to explore opportunities for people with disabilities at Breakthrough Corporation, where she works as the Job Coach for adults with Autism.
