It’s the last Tuesday of the month again which means it’s RYSA day, time to Read Your Stories Aloud again. This week we have a special guest, author and publisher Nadine May, with Kima Global Publications to talk with us about what publishers expect and what life is like from their side of the equation. Call in with your questions, or with your story of spiritual awakening, or tune in to hear others read their stories. Those of us who have shared have found it so empowering to open up our hearts and share our intimate stories. We will also be talking about the transformative power of Creating Story, taking our stories to another level, another dimension of understanding when we change our perception. When we look at our lives as soul journeys. That is when we turn stumbling blocks into stepping stones. Creating Story is the name I have given to this process of first becoming aware of your story, what it is that has actually happened to you. Then re-creating it on the page, turning it into a narrative that you as well as others can grasp and comprehend. Then, and this is the best part—by delving into your soul knowledge, come up with a reason why you went through this experience. How it allowed you to grow. How it caused an opening in you that would connect you to your deeper knowledge, your soul knowledge. I took my story, my wound, and turned it around. I transformed my wounding into something wonderful. Or, if not exactly wonderful, then necessary. I found the Beauty in the Necessity.
