The Intersection between Science & Art What first inspired you to combine art & science? Did you come to art through science or was it the other way around? How are the sciences applied in your work? Were there particular scientists or artists that drew you in this direction? How has the public responded to your work? Is the public well enough informed to be able to understand what you are doing, or does that not matter? Sometimes work in this genre does a balancing act between the intellectual and the aesthetic. Do you have concerns in this matter? Utilizing science implies an acquired understanding. Do you see yourself as student or teacher?
