Rachel Cooley has been an Angel Therapist® certified by Doreen Virtue since 1999, which was the same year that she began to work with the angels. Rachel has received so many blessings from the angels in her life, which is why she is very passionate about teaching people about the angels as well as giving Angel Readings.
