Our Radio show today (extended to 90 minutes) focuses on NorthEastern Native American Culture that is preserved with difficulty in the United States. Melody Walker Brook, Carolyn Black Hunt and Rick Hunt are associated with the Abenaki tribe of Indigenous folks of the American continent. The Abenaki people reach out and with their art and culture to explain and teach the traditions of those who came before us. Rick Hunt embraces the  mainstream with his art as shown in museums and galleries and as a huge gift to popular culture in music and poetry album covers, posters and flyers for major events. Our guests' influence and audience are not targeted specifically at Native Americans; the art and crafts of the Indian culture affects our awareness of the majesty and curatorship with which we have been entrusted. As wth all creative product the emphasis is on sharing, learning, teaching. We are adding our voices to provide a collective to rejoice in what went before, preserve the arts and crafts and move the dreams and aspirations of a nation within a nation forward. We want to help mark the future with the recognition, respect, assembly and festivities of the Abenaki Creed. Our show today is 90 minutes to allow us to uncover and share more information!
