Description: On Oct. 20, 2014 Chicago police officer Jason Van Dyke shot Laquan McDonald 16 times within seconds of arriving on the scene. He shot him 15 times after he fell to the ground. It seems Van Dyke would be the poster boy for 1st degree murder and justice would be served.
