Terry Cummings is the Co-Founder and Director of Poplar Spring Animal Sanctuary in Poolesville, Maryland.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the University of Maryland, and an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology.  She is a licensed Veterinary Technician, and has been rescuing and providing a permanent home for abused and abandoned farm animals since 1996.
