He will share how he is using video for his real estate business (Leveraging YouTube) and other means to educate people about real estate. He combines his love and passion for the SF Bay Area by focusing his energy on Real Estate, educating home owners "wanna be's" on First-Time Home buyer Programs, FHA Lending programs, Nurse Home buying programs, 1031 Tax Exchange, Foreclosure REO properties, and Baby Boomer home selling seminars.
