Desiree to interview Pamela Thorsch

Pamela Thorsch is the owner of Thorsch & Company, a consulting practice focused on operational, program and community development, and on interim leadership.  Ms. Thorsch has a keen ability to increase the organizational effectiveness, by utilizing innovative approaches to build and expand business opportunities and enhance communities. By providing step-by-step solutions, she has impacted the bottom line for her clients that range from nonprofits to small and mid-size companies.
Over the course of 25 years of non-profit management and leadership experience, Pamela has a broad and eclectic background that provides her with tools and insight to creatively approach problem solving. Having worked for both Fortune 500 companies, and small start-ups she knows what it takes to get the job done. Prior to starting her own business, she was the Executive Director for Rebuilding Together San Diego, stepping down after eight years.
In the role, she oversaw over $11 million of market value for more than 750 home renovations for low-income homeowners and neighborhood revitalization projects throughout San Diego County.  Known for her ability to forge strategic alliances, engage volunteer participation and advance an entrepreneurial approach to fundraising.
Ms. Thorsch attended art school in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico and holds certificates in Nonprofit and HR management. She has received numerous honors and accolades for her work both locally and internationally.
