Ilya Shapiro is a senior fellow in constitutional studies at the Cato Institute and editor-in-chief of the Cato Supreme Court Review. Rob Natelson contracts as the Independence Institute’s Senior Fellow in Constitutional Jurisprudence and heads our Article V Information Center. His scholarly research into the history and legal meaning of the Constitution has been cited repeatedly at the U.S. Supreme Court, both by parties and by justices. 4th of July
