Facebook, Cambridge Analytica, and the Need to Legalize Privacy

Facebook allowed users who installed an app to harvest data on 50 million people. The data was turned over to Cambridge Analytica, which used it for commercial & political purposes. Did Facebook do anything wrong? Anything for which it should be liable? These questions and more on today's show.
