BIKER LOWDOWN RADIO SHOW : No MC Colors allowed !

If you are a Member of a Motorcycle Club there is a more then good chance that at some point you have been told you could not enter some where with your Colors! It was not because there was a dress code at the place they just do not allow MC Colors! There are many Biker Thyme Bars all over the USA who follow this practice! Not only is it wrong it is also illegal! Cohen v. California, 403 US 15 (1971). In addition, the right of an individual to freedom of association has long been recognized and protected by the United States Supreme Court. Thus, a person's right to wear the clothing of his choice, as well as his right to belong to any club or organization his choice is constitutionally protected, and persons or establishments who discriminate on the basis of clothing or club membership are subject to a lawsuit." :
