As the youngest sister of Nicole Brown Simpson, Tanya suffered a mental breakdown ten years after the death of her sister, and spent many months in an in-patient and out-patient program. Her experiences have inspired her to help others through her speaking engagements, her life coaching practice and through the writing of her book, Finding Peace Amid the Chaos: My Escape from Depression and Suicide. Tanya is now a certified life coach and has a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University. She is an advocate for mental health awareness and is dedicated to removing the stigma associated with mental illness. She has traveled all over the country to speak and has spoken at the 6th Annual World Conference to Promote Mental Health and Prevent Mental Illness in Washington D.C. and is a keynote speaker of the first National Grief & Hope Convention 2015 in Indianapolis. Tanya is dedicated to promoting the significance of integrating self-care for a life of optimal health. For more information, visit www.TanyaBrown.net.
