Tonia Woodbury is Vice President and Business Manager for Corporate Supplier Diversity at Wells Fargo and Company. She is responsible for entrepreneur programs and outreach activities; marketing and communications management; and special projects and processes that align with supplier diversity to support the enterprise. With a diverse background in leadership development and marketing, Tonia’s experience provides a unique perspective for managing and developing the overall marketing and communication strategy; and establishing and creating the foundation and framework for the Leaders of Change outreach program. Prior to joining the supplier diversity team, Tonia was the Early Talent Senior Program Manager for the Finance and Internal Audit divisions of Wachovia. She also held a variety of positions within the Corporate and Investment Banking Technology division including IT Global Sourcing Project Manager and Communication Lead, Human Capital and Development Project Manager, Process Reporting Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Specialist. Tonia’s involvement in the community includes board membership for the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce’s Diversity Business Council and a Mentor for Teen Health Connections GEMS Girl Group – Carolinas Healthcare System. She is a member of National Black MBA Association, Project Management Institute and Delta Sigma Theta service organization. Tonia is a graduate of South Carolina State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration and Clark Atlanta University with a MBA in Marketing.
