Prior to founding The FORWARD Group, Anne Sempowski Ward was President and Chief Operating Officer of Johnson Publishing Company, Inc. Anne also has over 15 years of brand management and leadership experience and executive leadership with roles at Coca-Cola and Procter & Gamble where she is best known for launching significant African-American marketing strategies & programs within both Fortune 100 companies. Anne received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science from Duke University. She also earned a Global MBA degree from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
