Soladé Rowe is a Principal at Wesley Brown & Bartle Company Inc, an executive search and talent management firm, specializing in proving clients with top performing women and people of color. Soladé’s has been quoted in various publications including Black Enterprise, Diversity Inc. Magazine, Savoy Professional Magazine and the Chicago Tribune. He is the Founder of CareerAspiration, a career development and professional coaching company. Soladé holds a Bachelors degree in International Management and French from Utica College of Syracuse University, and a Masters in Organizational Management from the New School for Social Research in New York City.
