Military Monday! Veteran to Civilian Transition Part 2

Part 2 of our special focus on Veterans will focus on the transition from Military life to back to civilian life.  Our conversation will specifically focus on;

1. What does 'transitioning back to civilian life' mean?
2. What the challenges that Veterans face with identity, assimilation, and belonging with regards to the environment they are returning to?
3. Why does it take so long to transition?
4. What do Veterans wish we knew or understood about them before they actually returned home?

Mr. Greg Jenkins of inQuest Consulting recently completed a successful US Army career spanning over 30 years that included duties in Germany, South Korea, Iraq and a number of stateside assignments culminating at the Pentagon, Washington D.C. Greg was one of the founding team members of the Army Diversity Office, where his commitment to diversity & inclusion was instrumental in helping create the Army's first-ever diversity policy and other initiatives.
