Military Monday! Veteran to Civilian Transition Part 1

I am excited to be hosting a four part series dedicated specifically to our Veterans.  The aim is to increase our understanding of what Veterans are going through as they transition back to 'civilian life' and the workforce.  During a Diversity Think Tank session in Washington, DC, I had the honor of meeting a brilliant mind and even more remarkable man, Mr. Greg Jenkins of inQuest Consulting. Greg recently completed a successful US Army career spanning over 30 years that included duties in Germany, South Korea, Iraq and a number of stateside assignments culminating at the Pentagon, Washington D.C. Greg was one of the founding team members of the Army Diversity Office, where his commitment to diversity & inclusion was instrumental in helping create the Army's first-ever diversity policy and other initiatives.
