Today we are discussing the difference between being 'smart' and being 'effective'.  Why do people think the smartest people in the room are the best leaders?  Is that really true or is there something else going on?  If given the choice I would rather have a reputation to being an Effective Leader than a Smart Leader.  Today I will explain why!
