Health Care Reform: a Benefit or Bust?

The new health care reform bill expands insurance coverage by requiring everyone to have “minimal essential coverage.” While many embrace and even welcome the change, some are challenging the constitutionality of it, attempting to overturn one of the most major policy shifts in U.S. history.
