This episode of On The Air W/ALL4HRBIZ hosts special guest Michel Diamond Hancock.  Michel is a Veteran, Husband, Father, Entrepreneur, and Philanthropist.  Michel D. Hancock is a 31-year-old entrepreneur who enjoys family time, praying, and giving back to his community. After beating the odds of not becoming a statistic of the streets of DC, Michel joined the US Marine Corps. Four years later he was medically retired.  During the time he dealt with severe depression and contemplated suicide. Through it all, he persevered and became an entrepreneur and a philanthropist.

God-fearing husband, father of six and now proud owner of two self-owned and operated small businesses and a LegalShield Franchise owner, Michel spends most of his time volunteering at his church and within the community. Starting off his day with prayer, meditation, and personal development, from there he goes straight to work walking his community and looking for individuals, families and businesses he can help.

We will discuss Michel's  passion for helping others and helping small business to thrive during a crisis and otherwise.
