Today's show features an interview with Suzanne Washington, CEO of Meals on Wheels People. The mission of Meals on Wheels People is to enrich the lives of seniors, and help them maintain their independence, by providing nutritious food, human connections, and social support in the Portland, OR, area. 

Most recently, Meals on Wheels People opened The Diner Vancouver to bring the inter-generational community together in a comfortable atmosphere over good food.
