Today’s guest Robert Lee is the founder of Rescuing Leftover Cuisine (RLC)  a national non-profit food rescue organization, that gets food that would otherwise be wasted to those who are hungry. The RLC is based in New York City and is operating in 12 cities.

Robert knows food insecurity first hand and learned the importance of food waste prevention early in his life.  Now he is using his kind voice to leverage technology, business and attract an army of volunteers dedicated to redefining food rescue and ending food waste.

It is an inspiring story Robert is creating and we will learn all about, what the RLC is doing and how they do it.  If you’d like to add your kind voice to the conversation please call (347) 850-8907.

This program is produced by Yolanda Riley and hosted by David Levins.
