Lamont Banks, Cliff Stewart, and Lisa Stewart of the Colorado exoneration firm A Just Cause discuss what happens when the wheels of justice trample unbridled over the rights of innocent Americans.  

Our Special Guest for tonight's show is Hawaii Pacific University Professor Howard Karger, who earned his PhD from the University of Illinois and his MSW from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.  He has published widely in social welfare policy and poverty studies, with particular emphasis on predatory financial practices. He is the author (with David Stoesz) of American Social Welfare Policy (8th ed.)
