David welcomes Valerie Nieman, www.valnieman.com, award-winning journalist, novelist and poet. Valerie's published novels are 'Blood Clay', 'Survivors', and 'Neena Gathering'. She has a short story collection and two poetry collections. A fourth novel is on way to being published and she is beginning a fifth. She is the recipient of a creative writing fellowship and several major grants. David and Valerie will be discussing the process of being creative and the spark that lights the flame.
