Tonight, is my thoughts on last nights show "Why can't leaders make good (or any) decisions"? You can bet I have my opinions on this subject (haha!), I really feel this is a major deficit with today's "Leadership"....making the tough call and standing by it. I feel it should be a prerequesite before anyone enters into any type of "Leadership" role to demonstrate the ability to make decisions that are tough and that has consequences...in my opinion this is the true test of "Leadership".
Please join me for my perspective on "Why can't leaders make good (or any) decisions"?
