My "AfterThoughts" show (Why is Sales Training placed aside?

Tonight I'll be imparting my thoughts on why "Sales Training" always gets placed aside as "over-head" rather than prioritized as critical.

Having an extensive background in training myself I can appreciate the importance training has on the career success potential for anyone. However, I remain concern at the pervasiveness of indifference that comes with the acceptance of training...tonight's program will be my humble attempt to bring some "criticality" to "Training".
