Jermome Wiggins has been on the North Coast Section Board of Managers since 1994 and served as a NCS Executive Committee member from 2000 to 2009, including chairing the Eligibility Committee. His dedication to education, even though its not his chosen profession, and his body of work makes him a worthy recipient of the North Coast Section CIF Extinguished Service Award.
 
Wiggins is a vigilant advocate for public school funding and one of the mainstays of his philosophy is working to lower the student drop out rate.
