Extrapolating from her experience in surveying and working with GLBTIQ members of the community in Victoria, Australia, she outlines and challenges some of the assumptions that are common about GLBTIQ members of the community, and provides some very practical tips for mediators to provide a respectful and appropriate service for GLBTIQ members of the community.
