Those Sneaky Biases, Understanding OurJudgement in Mediation

It turns out mediators are human, too.  Despite our best attempts to remain non-judgmental in mediation, our biases sometimes sneak into the process and affect how participants experience the mediation. 

The radio blog will give listeners chance to understand our more subtle biases, identify how they may sneak into our language during the mediation, and learn strategies to manage them so that mediation participants can experience the process without judgment.
