Anne Paulk: Executive Director / Board Member

Anne Paulk is an author and speaker on homosexual issues. Anne has been interviewed on TV, radio and in magazines between 1990’s to 2004, including Oprah Winfrey, Good Morning America, CBS Evening News, 700 Club, D. James Kennedy’s Coral Ridge Ministry, and People magazine.

She is the author of Restoring Sexual Identity: Hope for Women Who Struggle with Same-Sex Attraction.

Stephen Black: Board Vice Chair / Board Member

Stephen Black has worked in full-time pastoral-care ministry with First Stone Ministries (FSM) since 1993, and was ordained in 1994 with International Ministerial Fellowship. Stephen assumed the role of Executive Director with First Stone Ministries in 2000.

The last 26 years has been a journey of helping people overcome sexual and relational brokenness within the Church. Stephen uses his own testimony, teaches in the Church and serves people in one-on-one pastoral care discipleship sessions, group sessions at FSM and in a variety of conferences.  He has been interviewed numerous times on local and national radio and on television over the past 26 years specifically addressing the issue of overcoming homosexuality. He has also ministered in prisons as a volunteer chaplain. Stephen enjoys testifying, teaching and writing on God’s amazing grace to heal the roots of relational and sexual brokenness, especially the healing of homosexuality and sexual abuse.

Stephen has been married since May of 1986 to his wife, Robin. They have three adult children and two grandchildren. They are life-long residents of the Oklahoma City area.
