Heart of Texas Feral Friends

This non-profit organization began in June 2007 offering Trap-Neuter-Return resources, services and support to compassionate citizens in Greater Waco and central Texas. Amy Oakley, a dedicated volunteer, was involved with the TNR pilot project which saved taxpayer dollars while humanely reducing the stary cat population.
