A respected member of the tri-state hip-hop scene, Trent Small- began documenting his health battle in lyrical form, furiously writing down uncensored thoughts and feelings and rapping them over a series of grimy beats. This interview will be discussing his new album and his newest singles. Just a few short years ago, Trent "B-Face" Small was fighting for his life as an aggressive form of cancer attacked his body., Trent is a husband and father of two young girls. Being 21 at the time, his predicament seemed particularly cruel with so much to look forward to and so many dreams left to fulfill. But Small was not about to give up - even after he whittled down to 100 pounds and became gravely ill. Trent told himself he was going to beat cancer and threw himself into music because that's all he had. Now in remission, Small has been busy detailing his postcancer life on the follow-up to The Chemo Chronicles, Speaking his truth once again, unwilling to candy-coat or gloss over his pain. "One Take," a teaser for the titled The Small World, captures the brutally honest - yet ultimately hopeful feel of the album. The project The Chemo Chronicles. "It felt like was meant to do music and use his voice to help others going through the same sort of thing to push awareness and bring everyone together. Trent B-face Small has a new album for 2022, in this episode, the singles from his newest album will be played on air.
