Andrea Carlisle was born in 1978 in Birmingham, Alabama to Anthony and Patricia Carlisle. She began her singing career at the age of 5 in the church that she attended.   Andrea passion for gospel music has been inspired by many greats such as Mahalia Jackson, The Barret Sisters, James Cleveland, Katie Sankey and many others. God also begin adding songwriter to her gift when he was preparing her for future. In 2015 Andrea began her career working with Murray Productions she posted a song she wrote  called “Lord help me with my unbelief”
 Throughout 2016 Andrea began recording the song with her producer Jonathan Quake Henderson on August 12,2016 she released her first Ep Lord help me with my unbelief on Cd, and also she became the songwriter for Murray Productions. Andrea is an artist today, she has a different style often calls her music neo-gospel because of the genres of music that has inspired her. Andrea want her music that she sings and write to inspire empower and show that God is still in the blessing business. Her motto is Never meet people’s expectations of you Meet God’s Expectations of you. Andrea 's hit single "Lord help me with my Unbelief" was released worldwide October 14,2016. 

Andrea has also been awarded an Akademia award and numerous nominations for 2017 Vogma awards, GIG Award, a two-time nominee for 2017 and 2018 Kingdom Image Award, and a Rhythm of Gospel nominee for 2018.
Andrea also released her London based single through Ourhouze Records on June 23,2017 entitled "Only You God" produced by Ricardo James and Quake Henderson. Andrea"s upcoming release is a heartfelt song entitled "I Paid For It"  released  in May  2018
